    My older dog is in heart failure, and needs to take meds twice a day on an empty stomach. She is also allergic to poultry, which is the base for most other pill concealers. I found peanut butter (& honey, & banana, & apple) Pill Buddy at Canadian Pet Connection, and ordered them. When I opened the bag for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the smell – I wanted to try one! Trixie was super excited to try them too – she was dancing and squeaking! Well, that first pill buddy, pill included, got chomped down, and so has every single one since thenā€¦almost a year later, and she sees pill time as treat time. She runs to the kitchen when ā€œherā€ alarm rings, and wiggles and squeaks until I give her the pill buddy. I am glad that giving her pills is a good experience – I was worried that I would have to shove them down her throat for the rest of her lifeā€¦she doesnā€™t deserve that!
