ECF Pure Alfalfa2 raw Eggs1/4 cup. sunflower oil1 1/2 – 2 cup waterAdd & mix together:2 lb. regular ground Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Lamb or fish (ie canned salmon)1/2 cup Salmon, mackeral, sardines, tuna (canned)1. Put in a 9″ x 13″ or 2 x 8″ x 8″ baking dishes. Or make 24 x 1/2 cup muffins. Or scoop 24 x 1/2 cup scoops on greased or lined baking sheet.2. Bake 350F for 45 minutes (until done).
